A rep is any person who receives commissions, the payee. Managers, finance admins, and dashboard viewers who don't get paid commissions do not count toward your seat count and use the dashboard for free.
Yes. There's no trial timer and no credit card. If your team stays at 10 reps or fewer and uses fewer than 500 calculations a month, you can use CompCode free forever. The free tier includes the same calculation engine as the paid plans, we never crippleware the core product.
We never block a calculation. If you exceed 10 reps or 500 calculations in a month, we'll prompt you to upgrade but commissions still calculate correctly. There's no overage charge, you decide when to upgrade to Pro.
No. The Free and Pro tiers are entirely self-serve. Sign up, connect Attio or HubSpot via OAuth, configure your first plan via the API or the AI configurator. Most teams are live in under a day. Sales only gets involved for Enterprise (custom CRM integrations, hands-on support).

Attio and HubSpot are fully supported with OAuth, automatic deal sync, and real-time webhooks. The engine is CRM-agnostic, so additional adapters (Salesforce, Pipedrive, Close) can be built on request.
